Walnut and Truffle Cream (90 gr) with Black Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) excellent for giving a touch of originality to all your recipes.
In the kitchen: to be served concentrated or with the addition of other ingredients; heat slightly and serve as a condiment on tagliatelle, risotto and dry pasta in general; also excellent for making fillings for fresh pasta. To be spread lightly heated on croutons, croutons, bruschetta and other snacks to be served as appetizers. Also excellent for flavoring meat main courses. The recommended dose is 20 grams per person.
Storage: Before opening, you can store the package in the pantry. Once opened, cover with olive oil, close the jar, and refrigerate for a few days.
