The mushroom and truffle cream, available in 80g, 180g, 500g, and 1kg glass jars, combines the enveloping flavor of mushroom sauce with the refined flavor of truffle cream in a single product. It's excellent for cooking a variety of truffle-based recipes, such as fettuccine, bruschetta, or main courses. 

In the kitchen: to cook concentrated, (without adding other ingredients) or in olive oil, or cream according to taste. Slightly heat the absolute or diluted cream and use it as a condiment directly on first courses, See Recipe: Chicken Escalopes with Mushroom and Truffle Cream ), pizzas, bruschetta or croutons. Excellent as a filling for ravioli, omelettes and meats. The recommended dose is 20/25 grams per person.

Storage: Before opening, you can store the package in the pantry. Once opened, cover with olive oil, close the jar, and refrigerate for a few days.

Ingredients: champignon mushrooms 70% (agaricus bisporus), truffle 10% (tuber aestivum vitt., tuber mesentericum), water, olive oil, breadcrumbs , salt, flavouring.
