This porcini mushroom cream, available in 80g, and 180g glass jars, has an intense aroma and refined flavor; it's perfect for any recipe your imagination takes: appetizers, first courses, meat or fish main courses.

In the kitchen: to be heated in a saucepan diluted in extra virgin olive oil, or butter, depending on the recipe. We recommend serving it on hot dishes to enhance the taste and aroma of porcini mushrooms. Particularly suitable as a condiment for first courses, croutons, bruschetta and main courses of meat.

Storage: Before opening, you can store the package in the pantry. Once opened, cover with olive oil, close the jar, and refrigerate for a few days.
