HOW TO USE:
For a single cup, dissolve 30g of powder in a saucepan with 100/120g of milk; Bring slowly to the boil until the desired density is reached.
For a chocolate maker, dissolve 300 g of powder in a liter of milk; pour the mixture into the chocolate maker and cook at 90°C for 30 minutes. You can use lactose-free milk or plant-based milk.
